Processable fluoropolymer PERFLUORINATED ETHYLENE-PROPYLENE COPOLYMER (DS 600/DS601/DS602) Conformable with q/dys 003-2007 Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene resin is the copolymer of TFE and HFP, with good thermal stability, outstanding chemical inertness, good electrical insulation, and low coefficient of friction, enabling thermoplastic processing methods. Main Applications DS600: Extrusion processed for generic type resin, mainly used for wire insulation layer, tubes, film, and so on. DS601: Heat stress cracking resistant plastics, mainly for wire insulation layer, thin-walled tube. DS602: The low melting index resin and heat stress cracking resistant mounlding plastic, used for stress cracking resistant requiring and low or medium speed processing, mianly for heat shrinkable tubes, pumps, valves, piping and lining, wire insulation layer. Attention The processing temperature should not extend 420°C, to prevent toxic gas from releasing. Package, Transportation and Storage 1. Packed in double layer PVC bags, then closed to overpack bags, 25kg.Every bag with certification. 2. Stored in clean cool and dry places, avoid contamination from foreign substance such as dust and moisture. 3. Nontoxic, noninflammable, inexplosive, no corrosion, the products are transported according to non-dangerous product.
